Refunds (if applicable)

If you cancel an order before the consultation, or if you refuse acceptance of consultation request, a cancellation service charge will be deducted and the balance amount will be refunded within 7 business days from the date of cancellation request.

• Doctor’s absence after the payment is completed – 100% Refund
• Patient’s absence during the consultation – No Refund
• Patient cancels the consultation request – 70% Refund
• No doctor accepts the consultation request past 24 hours – 100% Refund
• Admin cancels the consultation request – 100% Refund
• Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you the amount refunded
